Reservation and Cancellation Policy
RESERVATION POLICY:
The office is not open 24 hours. If you plan to arrive later than 9:00PM please call us for instructions. Credit card information provided will be used to secure room reservation ONLY. Payment will be required at the time of check-in and any credit card transactions require presentation of credit card. July 4th Holiday Weekend requires a minimum of THREE nights. There is a two night minimum stay required for May-October & Holiday/Event weekends. If there are any special needs please contact us by phone or e-mail.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any changes and/or cancellations MUST be made in writing or by phone to Heart of the Valley Motel prior to 3 days before the reservation arrival date to avoid any cancellation charges. Last minute cancellations or no shows will be charged first night room + tax to the credit card provided at the time of booking. By making a reservation and providing your credit card information you acknowledge your acceptance of our reservation and cancellation policy and agree to the cancellation penalty fee.
Heart of the Valley Motel is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone. Management retains the right to enter the room at any time in order to inspect premises. We are not responsible for lost items, so please do not leave valuable items unattended at any time. Your departure date is {{departuredatelong}} at time of booking and you agree to stay for the entire reservation. No refunds will be issued for leaving prior to your departure date. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Guests of Heart of the Valley Motel are responsible for themselves and anyone in their party during their stay. The comfort of all guests must be considered at all times and disturbing behavior will not be tolerated. If disturbances occur you may be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.

ALL OF OUR ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED!
A SMOKE/PET RECOVERY FEE OF $100.00 WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE IF YOU HAVE A PET OR SMOKE INSIDE YOUR ROOM!
A $10.00 FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF YOUR KEY IS LOST OR NOT RETURNED.
SMOKING IS PERMITTED OUTDOORS ONLY!!
THE NUMBER OF GUEST STAYING IN EACH ROOM SHOULD NOT EXCEED THE OCCUPANCY NOTED. GUEST WILL BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ROOM OR $100 FEE.
